Use as directed. High doses of magnesium can result in nausea, abdominal cramping and/or diarrhea.

Ingredients

Magnesium, citric acid, organic lemon flavor, organic raspberry flavor, organic stevia (leaf) extract

Directions

Start with half teaspoon (1g) daily and gradually increase to two teaspoons (4g) per day as needed. Place powder in glass or mug, add 2-3 oz. of hot or cold water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Drink and enjoy!
